Do you have gift notes?

YES!! We can leave it blank or we can fill it out for you (specify at checkout). If it is going directly to the giftee we will not include a sales receipt. 

What is a wax melt?

A wax melt is scented candle wax with no wick. Its used with tea light warmers or electric wax warmers. You drop in 1-3 of the cubes into the warmer and it heats the wax to scent the room. These are perfect for places and spaces that do not allow candles, especially funky dorm rooms. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders ship within 24-48 business hours and usually take 2-3 days to arrive via USPS or UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet, as we are just launching. Give us two weeks and we will have an international shipping solution worked out. Thanks for your patience.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How fragrant are the Candles?

Our candles will scent a medium-size room very nicely, and larger spaces may require 2 candles. Because we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as parrafin candles.  We like that our candles are not too boldly overpowering so you can use them every day.

What's the best way to burn these candles?

Our recommended burn time is 3-4 hours. On the first burn, PLEASE allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing. This will allow the candle to burn evenly and prevent "tunneling." Be sure never to leave a candle unattended or in reach of children, pets or a draft. Allow the jar to cool completely before handling.

Can the jar be repurposed?

When a 1/4" or wax remains, discontinue use of candle. Place candle in the freezer, and once the wax hardened, it can be chipped out along with the wick. If there is more than a little bit of wax left, we recommend the "oven method" - place your candle in a warm oven and allow the wax to liquify. Dump the wax out and wipe clean. Soap and water can then be used to remove the wax residue.
